Valhalla Knights: Another RPG on the PSP gone bad
When I first saw this game, I really thought it was so cool. The intro was very good actually. It looked like Vagrant Story from the PSOne at first glance of the graphics. I’m a big fan of the RPG so I thought of having this game. This game has good graphics but don’t let the graphics fool you. Some games are really meant to be deceiving but don’t take my word for it. It’s your choice to buy this game or not. Well, read along.

Nice graphics, eh?

You begin by choosing the gender of your character
You begin the game by choosing a character’s gender. Of course you can change the character’s name like any other RPG. Your character then wakes up and you find out that your beloved character has forgotten everything about him and is talking to someone he cannot see. Then you fight your way into the Dungeon and come back to the town. Return to the dungeon again and gain experience. It’s actually quite repetitive and hard. And that makes me yawning and frustrated. What I like about the game is the fighting engine. It’s not turn-based and you fight the monsters in realtime.

Up to six members in your party. Cool isn’t it? But…
You can create a party of up to six members but does that help? It’s also capable of the ad-hoc multiplayer feature but doing so with your friend will make it only longer and tedious. There are a lot of monsters to kill but I’m not into killing the same monsters over and over.
I’m just at the beginning of the game and I’m discontinuing it. I was really disappointed and I’m done with this game.
