On PSP Firmwares and Need For Speed
I’ve been busy these past few days. Work and the PlayStation Portable is eating a lot of my time. By the way, I’ve upgraded my PSP’s firmware into 3.03 OE-C by Dark Alex just last week. I’ve also installed some Custom Firmware Extender plugin. The Custom Firmware Extender enables you to take screenshots and do some ftp on your PSP. It adds also functions to some keys using the note key as the control key.

I’ve been playing Need For Speed: Most Wanted from my memory stick for about a week now and I’ve been enjoying it. I’m 63% complete and I own 6 cars. The first one I had was a Golf GT and upgraded it to the max. Then I bought an RX-8 which I don’t use. I have a fully-upgraded Eclipse which I used for most of my races. It’s fast but one downthing about it is that it has slow acceleration but once you got to the top speed there’s no stopping this baby. The one car that has a very fast acceleration is the TT which I use in tracks with a lot of curves. This one accelerates fast and really helps you in catching up with your opponents. I recently bought a Gallardo which is also has top acceleration. I haven’t upgraded this thing to the max but it’s what I use lately. I switch to the Corvette when I race on tracks with less curves coz this baby goes way up to 210 KPH! I’m currently on Rank 4 on the Most Wanted list.

One thing I hate about Need For Speed: Most Wanted is that the cop cars are much faster than you are even if you use nitro against them. Cars on NFS:Most Wanted don’t get any damage which is a good thing considering all those bumps and damage you get from the cops. It’s also good to see cars flying. Well, if you are an NFS:Most Wanted con man, why don’t you share your thoughts with me.
